FIELDWORKS

"Fieldworks" is a group show with works by Marlise Breye, Bert De Geyter and herman de vries, all of them stemming from observations in nature. Each artist investigates natural processes through artistic interpretation, mimesis, adaptation, arrangement, isolation, and so on.

Malise Breye graduated last year from LUCA Ghent. We show some of her installations, based on her interest in clouds. Bert De Geyter shows a minimal series of work, named "Mnemosyne", based on observations of branches during his walks in the Bourgoyen. By herman de vries, a nature art pioneer, works with earth, pebbles, seeds and branches are on display.

Vernissage on Sunday December 1st, from 11 until 18 o'clock.

Open on Saturdays and Sundays, between 14 and 18 o'clock,

The show runs from 01 12 2024 until 08 12 2024.

The show reopens after winter holidays from 18 01 2025 until 02 02 2025.
